Fix: error when using autobuild on Gentoo
This fixes `autobuild` failing on Gentoo if the user hasn't compiled
`dev-util/pkgconf`[1]. Autobuild fails due to the removed[2]
repository `dev-util/pkgconfig`. The new name is now
`dev-util/pkgconf`.
