magit-commit-message-buffer: handle symlinked repo
Since git uses the truename of COMMIT_EDITMSG, we must let-bind
find-file-visit-truename to t so that magit-toplevel will give the same
answer in both COMMIT_EDITMSG and the calling buffer.
Fixes #2378
