Allow the conversion of any color instead of just a few.externals/colorful-mode
Previously, colorful-mode only allowed to convert between hex and
color names, now any supported/highlighted color can be converted
to (for now) hex and color names (useful to convert css rgb/hsl/... to
color names or hex)
* colorful-mode.el (colorful--short-hex): Ensure the hex is long
enough to shorten it.
(colorful--prompt-converter):
(colorful--converter): Rework.
(colorful--colorize-match): Minor simplifications.
